WGS 104 - Harry Potter, Gender and Class
Do Harry and Hermoine conform to gender expectations? What is socioeconomic class? Is there a gender and class hierarchy? What does equality look like? We will analyze Rowling’s work using challenging academic articles. As a freshman seminar, this course is designed to whet your academic appetite and develop college skills.
