LIS 211 - Liberty Studies
What is liberty and why would we want it? This course is an examination of the meanings and foundations of liberty. Philosophical and economic methods are used to differentiate different types of liberty and the implications these have for addressing current issues and events. Course Information: This course fulfills a general education requirement at UIS in the areas of Humanities and Social and Behavioral Science.
