ENG 102 - College Writing and Civic Engagement
Explores analytical and argumentative writing written for the public sphere. Students will develop their abilities to articulate rhetorical strategies found in texts and to produce carefully constructed arguments in multiple genres and for multiple audiences. The course emphasizes invention and revision strategies. Course Information: Prerequisites: ENG 101, or CAP 111, or equivalent with a grade of C or better. This course fulfills a general education requirement at UIS in the area of Written Communication.
