POS 415 - The American Constitution and Constitutional Law
The place of the Constitution and Supreme Court in American polity, using both empirical and case materials. Focus on structure and powers of national government, with special emphasis on the Supreme Court as a policy-making institution. Course Information: Same as LES 415. This course fulfills a general education requirement at UIS in the area of Social and Behavioral Sciences.
