AST 378 - ECCE: Effective Tutoring through Service-Learning
This course teaches students to tutor high school and college-level students with an emphasis on writing in face-to-face, online, one-to-one, and group tutoring sessions. The course will convene in three chronological formats: orientation of how to tutor, service-learning hours, and reflections on application of tutoring theories in the service-learning hours. Course Information: Same as ENG 378. This course fulfills an Engaged Citizenship Common Experience requirement at UIS in the areas of Engagement Experience or ECCE Elective.
