Undergraduate seminar on sexual behaviors, discourses, and identities in US history. Topics include sexuality and conquest, race, slavery; prostitution and sex reform movements; sex education, birth control, obscenity law and pornography; medicalization of sexuality, sexology and sexual science; sexual revolutions; historical emergence of sexual identities.
