MIS 352 - Principles of Management Information Systems
(CBM core course) Introduces students to fundamental concepts in management information systems (MIS), the role of computers in MIS, and some details of how the computer functions. Topics include various types of information systems, use of information by management, and information systems applications. The students will also be exposed to the application of MIS technologies in the development of business solutions through end user computing and topics such as computer hardware and software, operating systems, and security. Course Information: Access to the Internet is required.
